Yes. All houses built on H Street & I Street, as well as the corners of Romana include a garage. These plans are the Alston, Anniston, Cartwright, Stoddart and Wagner.

IS THERE A YARD?
There is a small yard that will not be fenced in by the builder.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE FINISHES?
We employ two full time designers who have hand picked every aspect of The Block at Bartels. For purposes of consistency, changes cannot be made prior to closing.
IS THERE AN HOA?
There will be an established HOA for purposes of driveway/easement maintenance. However, HOA oversight will be minimal along with any associated dues.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON SHORT TERM RENTALS?
There are no restrictions.

Both AT&T and Cox Communications are available.
IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes! A 1-year Bonded Builder’s Warranty, a 2-year Distribution Systems Warranty, and a 10-year Structural Systems Warranty are all provided by the Seller at Closing.

CAN I CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITHOUT PENALTY?
If there is a breach of contract by the Purchaser, the Purchaser will forfeit their Earnest Money Deposit.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET UNDER CONTRACT?
You pick the home you want, sign our builders contract, and make a deposit of 1% of the purchase price.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PUT DOWN TO RESERVE MY HOME?
1% of the purchase price. The deposit can be made by check or wire transfer. Checks should be made out to Emerald Coast Title.
